Today a group of friends came to visit and we watched a movie because I was not really up for talking much. I am very swollen and today was probably the worst day for me. I am on so many meds. All I do is sleep, take medicine and ice my face a lot. I like small icepacks because they fit on my upper lip area without covering my nose. I had to learn how to put the rubber bands on my teeth by myself. Until you get the hang of it, it is really hard and kind of frustrating. My mom had to hold my mouth open for me at first. All I can say is, it takes practice!
